BE A RENAISSANCE GIRL
'For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.' - Isaac Newton
When changing the world feels difficult - it only means we've given the world more pressure to change.
Constantly seeking to challenge myself, never afraid to step into new and unknown territories, even if it means totally re-inventing myself. Since a young age, I had a strong curiosity for the financial world, this led me to my first adventure at Guangdong University for Foreign Studies, where I majored in Finance.
After graduation, I become a HR professional in a Hong Kong tech firm, and from that experience I learned how young people are struggling to find meaning in their personal and professional lives. Thus I lead my first startup project Ca'reerus to help young people getting closer to their dreams.
Over time, I found that to truly make my mark on the world, I must leverage the power of technology. Thus I made my decision to come to University of Toronto to pursue my second bachelor degree in science. It takes courage to start something totally new and hard, but I make it. Now I am a Dean's List Scholar major in Mathematics.
My life has had so many transformations. It's not getting easier, but as time goes by, I realized every experience of mine connects together to make me a person who is brighter, wiser and stronger. I became resilient against life's many uncertainties. Now I am ready for any new challenges and opportunities that will arise next.
